Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Brand Building Knowledge (“BBK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“you,” “your,” “Customer”) that accesses allai.ae or any related application, extension, or API (collectively the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account

Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Accurate Info. You agree to provide true, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
Business Use. If you register on behalf of a company you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Plans, Tokens & Payments

Subscriptions. We offer monthly, annual, and lifetime plans. Fees are shown on the Pricing Page.
Tokens. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI tokens. Heavy models (e.g. GPT-4, ElevenLabs) deduct more tokens per use.
Auto-Renew. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing dashboard.
Taxes. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated on the Pricing Page.

3. Licence & Acceptable Use

BBK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
No training of competing AI models using outputs from the Services.
No attempts to reverse-engineer or scrape the Services or underlying models.
No bypassing plan limits via multiple accounts or automated scripts.

4. User Content & AI Outputs

Ownership. You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, and outputs.
Responsibility. You represent you have lawful rights to any data you submit.
Model Training. We do not use your content to retrain third-party foundation models unless you opt-in.

5. Third-Party Models & APIs

The Services route requests to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, Stability AI, ElevenLabs, etc.). Your use of those models is subject to their respective terms and limits. BBK is not liable for outages or policy changes by those providers.

6. Service Levels & Support

Uptime. We target 99.5 % monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance (max 2 h/week).
Support. Email support is available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT +4.
Beta Features. Any feature marked “Beta” is provided “as-is” without SLA.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and AI outputs (Section 4), all intellectual property in the Services remains the property of BBK or its licensors.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and not disclose it except to employees or agents who need to know and are under similar duties.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or biased; you use them at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

BBK’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BBK harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Services, User Content, or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination your licence ends and we may delete your data after 30 days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Any dispute shall be finally resolved under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules by one arbitrator, seat DIFC, language English.
You agree to resolve disputes individually; no class actions.

14. Export Compliance

You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident of, a country subject to comprehensive U.S., U.K., or U.A.E. sanctions. You must comply with export-control laws.

15. Force Majeure

BBK is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, war, internet outages).

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed or shown in-app 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
